RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Relationship therapy offers a space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and explore intimacy, in all its forms.

What can you expect from relationship therapy?

Wherever you are in your relationship, therapy offers space to reconnect with intention and care.

Every relationship experiences seasons of distance, conflict, or uncertainty. Sometimes you’re struggling to communicate or repair after a rupture; other times you’re trying to deepen your connection or navigate change together. Relationship therapy offers a grounded space where each partner is heard, respected, and supported — with a focus on rebuilding safety and strengthening connection.

Miri works with couples and partnerships of all kinds — including long-term relationships, marriages, dating couples, open relationships, and polyamorous structures such as polycules. Her approach is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in a deep respect for the uniqueness of each relationship system.

Sessions may include exploring relational dynamics, learning new tools for communication, understanding emotional patterns, or healing after a rupture such as infidelity. We move at your pace, always centered on consent and mutual respect.

  • Navigate repair after conflict or disconnection
  • Explore your sexual connection with openness and care
  • Understand your emotional and nervous system responses
  • Build a relationship culture rooted in consent, choice, and mutual respect
  • Strengthen your ability to move through change together

Miri is affirming of LGBTQIA+ relationships, non-monogamous and polyamorous partnerships, and relationships outside traditional norms. Your relationship structure will never be pathologized or judged. Instead, we’ll focus on what’s meaningful and healing for you, your goals, your values, your connection.

Whether you’re just starting out, many years in, or navigating something complex, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and grow together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone. Here are some of the areas where I walk alongside my clients. Although these are not the only areas I work with clients in, these are some areas that clients commonly seek me out for.

I work with all types of relationships, dating, long-term, married, queer, polyamorous, and more. If you’re navigating a relationship and want to deepen your connection, this space is for you.

Absolutely. Many couples come to therapy for clarity, whether that means repairing the relationship or deciding to part with care. Both paths are valid and supported here.

I encourage both partners to be on board for couples work. If one person isn’t ready, we can explore individual therapy first to support you until joint work makes sense.
