Individual Therapy

Support for adults navigating life’s transitions, healing trauma, and/or embracing neurodivergence. Individual therapy focuses on creating space for safety, insight, and lasting personal growth.

What can you expect from individual therapy?

Wherever you are, healing begins when you are truly seen, heard, and supported.

Life can feel overwhelming, stuck, or disconnected, especially when you’re trying to navigate it all on your own. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with who you are and what matters most. My work is rooted in presence, consent, and deep respect for your lived experience. I integrate relational therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help you build safety in your nervous system and clarity in your life. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, it’s about making space for who you truly are.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone. Here are some of the areas where I walk alongside my clients. Although these are not the only areas I work with clients in, these are some areas that clients commonly seek me out for.

I support clients with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, religious harm, relationship struggles, identity shifts, and more. Individual therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change — on your own terms.
Yes. I have extensive experience working with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity, and other forms of neurodivergence. I take a strengths-based, affirming approach — you never need to mask or “perform” here.

That depends on your goals. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue; others benefit from longer-term exploration. We’ll talk about this together and make a plan that fits.

My current session rate is listed here.  I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.
Yes — I offer both. Most of my therapy sessions take place in person in my Gig Harbor office. You can meet with me in-person at my Gig Harbor office or via secure video platform for telehealth, if you live and reside in Washington state.
